Nadine Rubin & Helen Hatzis, Parlour Series Co-Founders & Conversation Catalysts
Parlour Series was founded by Nadine Rubin and Helen Hatzis, born from a shared desire to connect smart people through conversations, exchange of thoughts and shared narratives. The brand's inception was inspired by the challenges brought on in a small part by the pandemic, which significantly reduced the opportunities for in-person connections but also increased the need for all people to connect by using all tools possible. As people began focusing more on themselves, Nadine and Helen saw an opportunity to create a platform that would foster meaningful conversations using the dance of words to foster growth, deep connection, and enlightenment.
These interactions, they believed, could serve as a catalyst for new businesses, education, and innovative ideas. From this vision, Parlour Series was established as a unique space for impactful dialogue.
A significant milestone in the brand's early history was the launch of its inaugural roster of conversationalists. This list includes influential figures such as: Richard Saul Wurman, Founder of TED Talks; Dr Sima Samar, Renowned Human Rights Activist and Nobel Peace Prize nominee; Konstantin Batygin, Astronomer and Planetary Scientist, among others. These esteemed individuals have helped to establish Parlour Series and set the tone for the high-caliber conversations that the platform successfully facilitates.
As leaders and connectors, their journeys have been built on diverse voices and conversations especially from those whose paths differ from their own.
They hope you will enjoy connecting through conversations as much as they do.
